Comedian Trevor Noah's contract to host Comedy Central’s Daily Show has been renewed until 2022!

It took a little time for his fans to get hold of this decision, but the news of the renewal finally broke last week.

The popularity of Daily Show increased and has received record breaking views under the leadership of Trevor. The viewership can be contributed a lot towards the popularity of the young host but also, his counter parts like Roy Wood Jr., Michelle Wolf and  Jordan Klepper are killing it as well.

Comedy Central recognizes what a committed and hard working individual Trevor is. Due to this positive impression, it not only has taken necessary steps to increase the contract of Trevor up until 2022 but they will also  air a “Year End Daily Show Special." The first one will kick off at the end of this year.

The President of Comedy Central, Kent Alterman is a big fan of Trevor as well. He commented, "Trevor has the ability to make all of them smart on a daily basis. He is grateful for all the efforts that Trevor spends to deliver such results."

Fans can now sit back and relax knowing that their fearless leader, Trevor Noah and The Daily Show are safe and sound for the next 5 years.
