NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO BE NET NEUTRAL

John Oliver is not just an HBO Late Night talk show host, he is a social justice warrior. A deadly one at that.

Oliver and his loyal supporters have forced corrupt FIFA president, Sepp Blatter, to resign. They've advocated for parental paid leave. He led the charge for Lawmakers to defend contract chicken farmers—a fight 16 years in the making.

When John Oliver puts an organization on blast, his viewers take notice. It's not uncommon for company websites to crash from the overwhelming amounts traffic. And last week, he set his sights on the FCC...again.

In April 2014, the FCC reported a new draft bill that would have permitted ISPs to limit broadband speeds and downloads enforcing new Net Neutrality rules in America.

Soon after they announced these new rules for Net Neutrality, John highlighted the changes on his show and asked his supporters to speak up against it.

So many people took action that they ended up crashing the FCC's website... and the same thing appears to have happened again the other night when John sent out his second call to action against the FCC. Oliver encouraged his viewers speak up once again, and make sure the FCC knows that Net Neutrality IS an important issue and they wouldn't just roll over and let it happen.

You might be asking yourself, "What is Net Neutrality?" That's a completely valid question. I'll let John Explain. Enjoy
